What Happens After You Submit
Step 1 — Kerry reviews your contract within one business day and confirms receipt.
Step 2 — Your transaction file is created in your brokerage system (Dotloop or similar) and the timeline is built.
Step 3 — Introductory emails go out to your client, lender, attorney/or title company as a member of your team.
Step 4 — You receive your first update with key dates and deadlines so you always know what’s coming.
From there, Kerry manages the details until closing.
What to Have Ready When You Submit
A short checklist so agents come prepared — reduces back-and-forth and makes the onboarding smoother for everyone:
- Fully executed purchase and sale agreement
- All addenda or amendments already signed
- All required Disclosures signed

When is payment due? Payment is collected at closing. There is no charge if a transaction terminates before closing.
How quickly will Kerry be in touch after I submit? Within one business day, typically much sooner during business hours (8:30 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday–Friday).
What if I have a transaction that’s already in progress? No problem — reach out directly and Kerry can step in mid-transaction. Just email Kerry@ElevateTC.org or call 802-299-6585.
Can I submit a compliance-only file here too? Yes — use either submission form and note in the comments that you only need compliance review. Kerry will follow up to confirm the scope.
