Kerry founded Elevate Transaction Partners after more than a decade in real estate transaction coordination with 12+ years, 1,200+ closings, and a reputation built entirely on reliability, attention to detail, and genuine investment in every agent she partners with.
Her goal has always been the same: be the kind of TC she’d want in her corner: organized, communicative, and completely trustworthy with the details that matter most to your business.
Her background in customer service shapes her detail-oriented and responsive approach, making her a reliable partner for agents who need dependable operational support behind the scenes.
Since obtaining her real estate license in 2016 Kerry has assisted in closing over 1,200 transactions and is well-versed in helping clients navigate all the logistical aspects of the real estate process.
A local to both Vermont and New Hampshire, Kerry grew up in the Upper Valley and spent many years living in Milton, Vermont. She graduated from the University of Vermont in 2009. Not only does she possess the “locals only” knowledge, but Kerry is deeply dedicated to supporting small communities. Kerry currently reside in the Upper Valley with her husband, Jason, and their 3 young active children. Together they enjoy adventuring around town and enjoying all the community has to offer.
